Motivated by a negative first-time home buying experience of my own, with a real estate agent who was less than helpful to the process (to put it mildly), I soon after enrolled in the real estate program at UBC with determination to provide a better & more supportive experience to people going through that same process.

Buying real estate can be very stressful, especially with Vancouver prices, and especially if you've never done it before. In choosing a Realtor, you definitely want to choose someone who you know has your best interests in mind, and not their own!
